Jay Kenney
Jay Kenney has over 40 years of experience at financial institutions and related-services companies. At PCBB, Jay is Senior Vice President and Regional Manager covering 6 states in the Southwest. In this role, he helps community financial institutions operate safely, soundly, and competitively while meeting the needs of their communities. Prior to joining PCBB, Jay worked at Bank of America, Barclays, Citibank, Imperial Bank (now Comerica), as well as financial services–related organizations, such as Global Payments and MoneyGram International.
Throughout his career, he has participated as both a presenter and a student in multiple finance, operations, and risk management courses, and brings his experience and insights to the institutions that he engages with. Jay completed his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology.
