Cindy Cheng

Cindy Cheng has over 20 years of experience in finance, with a concentration in credit risk management and commercial lending. Cindy is responsible for PCBB’s lending strategy and overall risk management of our loan portfolio. In Cindy’s nine years with PCBB, she has streamlined and enhanced the company’s credit processes and expanded our various credit-related product offerings to our clients.

Prior to joining PCBB, Cindy started her career in brokerage and as an office administrator, specializing in budget and finance. At First Bank, an institution with a 100-year history of family ownership, she served as Real Estate Loan Officer, AVP. Cindy spent six years at First Republic Bank, one of the current largest U.S. banks, where she served as Senior Financial Analyst, and then Senior Credit Associate.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and a MBA with a concentration in finance from California State University, East Bay.
