David Christiansen
David Christiansen brings more than 30 years of credit risk management and lending experience at community banks, global corporate and investment banks, and capital markets firms. As Chief Credit Officer at PCBB, he draws on a background in credit oversight, underwriting, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, residential, SBA, and syndicated lending.
Prior to joining PCBB, David served as Chief Credit Officer at First County Bank, where he partnered with business banking teams to support loan growth while improving asset quality and strengthening credit administration. He previously held Chief Credit Officer roles at Patriot Bank, First American International Bank, and National Cooperative Bank. Earlier in his career, he held senior credit and structured finance positions at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and MBIA Insurance Corporation.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.
