Grant Caudill
Grant Caudill has more than 25 years of experience in banking, commercial relationship management, business development, and sales leadership. In his current role at PCBB, Grant works with community financial institutions to understand their priorities and connect them with PCBB’s products, services, and expertise. His region includes Washington, Delaware, Maryland, the Virginias, North Carolina, & Tennessee.
Before joining PCBB, Grant was a National Assistant Vice President at U.S. Bank, where he focused on commercial client acquisition, commercial card solutions, strategic partnerships, and expansion across eastern U.S. markets. He also served as Regional Business Development Officer, where he developed and managed commercial relationships, and supported the bank’s growth efforts across the Tri-Cities region.
Earlier in his career, Grant was Vice President of Commercial Banking originating and managing commercial relationships across construction, manufacturing, and service industries. He also spent more than 18 years at Wells Fargo Bank, where he led more than 135 employees across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
Grant attended Wilkes Community College and Piedmont University (now Carolina University) and has completed extensive professional education in banking and leadership, including formal commercial credit and credit-writing training through First Union Bank, Situational Leadership I & II, Advanced Coaching, Change Management, and Leadership. Grant has held FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance licensure, and is NMLS registered.
