Virginia Robbins
Virginia Robbins has over 40 years of experience in product development, technology, and operational excellence for financial institutions. At PCBB, Virginia leads the implementation of execution of the company’s strategic planning including performance monitoring, project management, cross-functional collaboration, innovation and digital transformation.
Prior to joining PCBB, Virginia served as EVP & COO for California Bank of Commerce, COO of North Bay Bancorp, and CIO of CivicBank of Commerce. While at these institutions, she created profitable, customer-focused financial services for companies in northern California.
Virginia received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Boston University. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s College. She is also an AIPMM Certified Product Manager.
