Mike Noblett
Mike Noblett has over 25 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on regulatory compliance. In his current role at PCBB, Mike strives to connect community financial institutions with high-value products and services that help them stay competitive while meeting regulatory expectations.
Prior to joining PCBB, Mike was AVP for Midwest Independent BankersBank. His focus was on compliance and risk audits for the central Midwest region. He spent much of his early career with Missouri Bankers Association, where he rose from compliance manager to director of member services.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lincoln University and a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University. Mike also holds a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law. In addition, he has both a Certified Fraud Examiner certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a BSA/AML Professional certification issued by the Independent Community Bankers of America.
