Gill C. Cooper

Gill C. Cooper has over 27 years of banking experience. At PCBB, Gill manages client loan relationships with community and regional banks, helping them grow and ensuring their lending needs are met.

Prior to joining PCBB, Gill held a series of Commercial and Middle-Market Relationship Manager positions with regional and community banks. He has also served as a Senior Financial Analyst and a Retail Branch Manager.

Gill received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Economics and Finance from Western Carolina University. He also graduated with Cum Laude honors from Barret Graduate School of Banking.
