Jo Ellen McKinley

SVP & National Business Development Manager

Jo Ellen McKinley has over 35 years of banking and capital markets experience. At PCBB, Jo Ellen oversees a nationwide team of regional managers, who work with community financial institutions to provide tailored solutions to complex challenges.

Prior to joining PCBB, Jo Ellen was a long-term Executive Vice President, Regional Manager, and Investment Officer for a regional bankers’ bank. She has also held several Vice President positions at other banks throughout her career, specializing in both risk management and institutional fixed-income sales.

Jo Ellen received her Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College. In addition, she holds active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
