SVP & Chief Risk Officer

Steve Baca has over 25 years of experience as a risk management professional in the financial industry. As Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Baca oversees the development and implementation of PCBB’s Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Prior to joining PCBB, Mr. Baca served as an Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Earlier in his career, Mr. Baca held various internal audit management positions at Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, and Comerica Bank.

Mr. Baca earned his Bachelor of Science from California State University East Bay.
