VP, Senior Product Manager – Advisory Analytics

Summary Job Description:
Whole Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Own a multi-year data-driven roadmap for the Advisory Services’ FIT suite and new offerings, extending or complementing these capabilities and informed by market, client, and regulatory trends.
- Use market, client and regulatory insights to prioritize enhancements to existing products and to identify opportunities for new Advisory solutions.
- Translate strategy into actionable product requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria for management oversight, engineering and data and operational analytics teams.
- Ensure product, pricing, packaging, service delivery and marketing are aligned to Advisory business objectives and with enterprise-wide strategy and tactics.
- Lead end-to-end product development for enhancements and new modules, using agile methods (as defined by IT), MVPs and rapid iteration.
- Guide teams on data, modeling, and integration needs for FIT suite and new offerings, ensuring scalable, secure and cloud-ready solutions.
- Coordinate releases across the FIT suite so that existing and new features share consistent data structures and user experiences, where economically feasible.
- Ensure implantations and product changes support regulatory, audit, and model risk governance including PCBB’s Risk and Information Security Officer, expectations.
- Monitor KPIs such as ARR, retention, module adoption, attach rates, and client penetration for existing and new Advisory products and translate insights into prioritized backlog items and concrete product actions.
- Use advanced analytics to identify opportunities to improve profitability, adoption and client outcomes.
- Build, test, and optimize pricing and business models using data science to maximize client value.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog of enhancements and new product ideas, drafting and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering during sprints to make trade‑offs and keep delivery aligned with the roadmap and with client, advisor, operational, regulatory, audit, and corporate priorities.
- Define and refine pricing and business models that support sustainable growth for Advisory Services.
- Partner with Advisory Services, Sales, and Marketing, Solutions & Innovation to position and launch new offerings and dive deeper into adoption of existing products.
- Lead cross-functional training and change management so clients, Advisory Services and other internal teams as required can successfully use new capabilities and enhancements.

- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, IT & Innovation teams to align product capabilities with emerging client, regulatory, and audit expectations and industry best practices
- Clearly communicate complex product and technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, examiners, and auditors.
- Deep knowledge of bank profitability, accounting, funds transfer pricing, loan pricing, CECL, loan portfolio stress testing practices and regulations.
- Strong SaaS and data background including cloud platforms, APIs, ETL, SQL, and digital product analytics; experience with AI/ML and RPA is a plus
- Proven track record leading product management for financial institution or fintech solutions, ideally focused on profitability and risk analytics
- Experience working with regulatory and audit expectations, model risk governance and documentation.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 7-10 years’ experience in fintech or financial institution SaaS product management.
