  • Define and implement a consistent enterprise database strategy across PCBB, rationalizing existing data stores and establishing standards for data modeling, storage, and access
  • Select and manage external implementation partners for initial platform builds, defining scope, overseeing delivery, and ensuring knowledge transfer so PCBB retains full internal ownership upon completion
  • Evaluate, select, and implement an enterprise ETL platform, building reliable and repeatable data pipelines that integrate sources across the organization
  • Evaluate, select, and implement an enterprise reporting and business intelligence platform, enabling self-service analytics and standardized reporting across PCBB business lines
  • Establish data governance practices including data quality standards, metadata management, and lineage documentation to ensure reliable, trustworthy analytics
  • Build and lead a growing data analytics team, currently scoped at three direct reports, while remaining a hands-on contributor to key initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders across PCBB to translate analytical requirements into actionable insights, dashboards, and data products that support decision-making
  • Contribute to the broader IT strategy as a senior leader, helping advance PCBB’s maturity in data and analytics as a core organizational capability
Skills Required:
  • Deep expertise in cloud data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Amazon Redshift
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration patterns across multiple source systems
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise reporting and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, dimensional design, and database architecture across relational and cloud-native platforms
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and metadata practices in regulated environments
  • Experience with SQL and proficiency in one or more analytical languages such as Python or R
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing analytics teams while maintaining individual technical contribution
