Foreign Exchange Specialist
Department: International Services
Location: Remote
Reports To: SVP, Foreign Exchange Operations Manager
****Position is Non-Exempt, working East Coast hours****
Description of Job Duties:
- Prepares and processes incoming and outgoing FX payments
- Prepares and Processes SWIFT confirmations for Foreign Draft Requests
- Prepare daily FX rates for CBC and for emailing to customers
- Confirms Interbank FX trades
- Assists customers with FX questions
- Prepares and maintains wire documentation.
- Performs CBC and SWIFT related duties.
- Balances wire debits and credits in the Foreign Currency Accounts (Nostro Accounts) from the daily SWIFT statements
- Compliance with PCBB’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Highly functional PC skills and ability to learn specific programs used by department.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Solid work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
