Summary Job Description:
The Client Solutions Manager for Profitability FIT is responsible for overseeing the complete client lifecycle - building strong client relationships, maximizing product adoption, and ensuring the sustained satisfaction and success of financial institution clients with PCBB’s Profitability FIT. This individual acts as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and is accountable for driving client outcomes with Profitability FIT. This role combines proactive client enablement, support, advocacy, and routine contract management. Success is measured by client retention, solution utilization, and achievement of client profitability objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Lifecycle Management:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned Profitability FIT, building rapport and trust.
  •  Oversee the end-to-end client journey from initial onboarding to ongoing support and renewal, ensuring seamless experiences and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating trusted advisor relationships and understanding each client’s goals and business needs.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage to optimize model effectiveness and overall client success.
2. Training, Advocacy, and Communication 
  • Provide training and support to help clients understand and utilize Profitability FIT, including data collection, analysis, and reporting while educating on profitability solutions, best practices, and new features.
  • Lead regular client check-ins, executive business reviews, and performance updates to report on success metrics and present optimization opportunities.
  • Solicit and document client feedback and advocate for improvements with product.
3. Retention, Expansion, and Outreach 
  • Track client satisfaction, usage metrics, and identify opportunities for additional product adoption.
  • Identify and pursue expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
4. Contract Management:
  • Review routine contract terms, ensure renewals are initiated on time, and maintain accurate records of contact status.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues, meet business needs, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. 
  • Collaborate on onboarding/handover from Sales for new clients, ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Advisors and Sales to conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, showcasing solution capabilities and best practices to drive product adoption and client understanding.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; ability to build trust with executive and operational contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with profitability modeling, financial institution analytics, or banking technology is preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and a customer-centric mindset for proactive problem-solving.
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client management, customer success, or relationship management in financial services or fintech.
