Correspondent Bank Connection

All of PCBB's Cash Management Services are accessed through the Correspondent Bank Connection ("CBC") platform. CBC is a secure, state-of-the-art, online cash management system designed and developed by banking professionals FOR banking professionals. Via a secure encrypted portal, customer banks can trade on the PCBB website and access all of their transactions.

CBC adds significant ease and convenience to PCBB respondents. Users can monitor, track and retrieve daily account activity, view FRB activity and statements, access archived statements and initiate domestic and international wire transactions through easily navigated screens.

PCBB can also act as a third party wire agent for you at the Federal Reserve Bank, retrieving and transferring any incoming wires generated to your routing number, thus eliminating any need to re route wire instructions. In addition, CBC offers an interface to your core operating system for posting wire activity. CBC assists in compliance with regulatory retention requirements and can also be a contingency and back-up service to banks' Fedline online services such as wire transfers. CBC also provides OFAC services and offers automatic email notifications of wire activity either for your internal use or for your clients. Through CBC you can access Federal Reserve bank services that are typically offered through Fedline Advantage, and FedWeb, thus eliminating the need for duplicate connectivity of systems.

CBC provides ACH origination giving you direct access to and from the FRB payments system or as a duplicate file access. This provides a convenience of processing all ACH services on CBC and includes Notification of Changes (NOC's), ACH returns, International ACH Transactions (IAT) with OFAC screening and ACH activity reports are easily generated by our automated system.

CBC users have the ability to generate selected custom transaction history reports, sort transactions using by alpha or trancode sorting that can be converted to excel which reduces research time and eliminates reliance on hard copies. You can also eliminate potential errors with our ABA look up tool. Each institution designates a Security Administrator on CBC, who has full access to the bank's User Account Listing Report. This report reflects all user activity, authority levels for each user, and monitors bad or failed log-ins.
