Additionally, we continually review new technology for securing information and change our systems when appropriate.

We collect only the information that is necessary for us to provide the service or transaction that you request. In the process of applying for a loan, we collect information that is not publicly available and comes from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms such as name, address, social security number, assets and income
• Information about your transaction with us or others such as your account balance and payment history
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as your creditworthiness and credit history

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to other nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law.

We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Our policy is to prohibit employees from accessing your personal information unless there is a business reason to do so. We train and educate our employees to recognize the importance of customer confidentiality. Employees who violate these standards are subject to disciplinary action.
