Utilizing internet technology, the Loan Marketplace is a web-based tool with the capability to automate the sale and servicing of loan participations with our client banks, giving them the ability to view the status of loans in which they participate as a buyer or seller.
In addition, this application is used to notify participant banks of payments and draw requests on existing loans with PCBB. As loan documents are received, participants will be notified via e-mail to review, retrieve or print updated loan documents such as tax returns, financials, appraisals and site visits.

- All credit documentation is digitally scanned and made available for immediate review.
- Notice of updated loan documentation is e-mailed to each participant automatically.
- All communication with borrowers is summarized and submitted to each participant electronically.
- Loan advances, payments and funding are processed through your PCBB account with e-mail notification.
