The goal in PCBB's lending department is to assist you in meeting the needs of your customers. The primary way we accomplish this is by purchasing participations that exceed either your legal lending limit or your house limit.
Types of Loans Participations we purchase include, but are not limited to:
- Commercial and Industrial Loans
- Acquisition and Development Loans
- Construction Loans
- Commercial Real Estate Loans
- Asset Based Loans
(i.e., the types of loans that are generally being made by the community banks we serve)
